Complex of 3 apartments adjacent to each other within a building built in the 18th century and recently renovated.
They are located in a strategic position: a few steps from the center and the Old Port.

Each apartment is equipped with particular attention and attention to detail. Each of them has its own equipped veranda and private parking. Outside there is a spiral shower and a barbecue shared with the other apartments.

All 3 homes are equipped with air conditioning, smart TV in every room and WiFi connection.

The first apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchenette equipped with induction cooker, coffee maker and electric kettle.

The second apartment can act as a second double bedroom with second bathroom, transforming the first apartment into a three-room apartment. Alternatively it can also be an independent two-room apartment. There is a fridge but there is no kitchenette.

The third apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living area with 2 single armchair beds and kitchenette equipped with induction cooker, coffee maker and electric kettle.
